Thursday (Before Meet)

Set-Up Pool Deck

This volunteer needs to be at the pool at 4:30 pm to help set up the pool for the meet. Make sure the bullpen age group signs are put out in designated areas, stanchions are put at the end of the pool. Sign-in table sign is up, bullpen bin is on the sign-up table and award winner beads are near the sign-in table.

Team Fun

This volunteer helps the volunteer coordinator plan and carry out fun crafts on Fun Fridays.

Pick up Pizza

This volunteer needs to pick up pizza from Dominos (2027 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA) before the meet. It will be ordered and paid for before picking up. Need to be at the pool by 5:15 pm.

Pick up burgers/cheeseburgers

This volunteer needs to pick up burgers and cheeseburgers from Checkers (2930 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA) before the meet. It will be ordered and paid for before picking up. Need to be at the pool by 5:15 pm.

Ice for Concessions

This volunteer needs to pick up 4 bags of ice for concessions before the meet starts. Need to be at the pool by 5:00 pm. You will be reimbursed.

Bubble Race Prep
Help pass out and collect bubbles during bubble race at HOME meets (5:45pm)

Friday (morning after meet)

Pick up Donuts

If needed, pick up donuts at Walmart Bakery (3245 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA). It will be ordered and paid for before picking up. Need to be at the pool by 9:30 am.
